Please note All Plush + Oak beds are made custom to order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, you can be refunded 50% of the total purchase amount. 50% is retained as a restocking fee for beds that have been manufactured.

WARRANTY

We warranty all frame and textiles for 12 months after the purchase. If any aspect is defective, we will assist in having it repaired locally for you. Keep in mind that the warranty does not cover incidentals such as sitting on the headrest, spills, tears, or theft.
