Memory foam insert provides a cradle for the neck and head, while the vegan leather covering makes for easy sanitation between clientele. This is truly the only pillow you'll ever need.

Measuring
The leg height you should choose for your bed, is based on your height.
The most universal leg height chosen is 4". If you are between 5'2"-5'10" tall, or if your bed will be used by multiple service providers select 4" legs.
How to choose leg height :

Care: Spray with disinfectant and immediately dry with a dry cloth ensuring all crevices are free of moisture. Wash with mild soap and water and thoroughly dry at the end of each day to avoid chemical build up.

Beds arrive fully assembled, and the only thing required is to screw the legs into the pre-marked corners of the bed with a Robinson drill bit or screwdriver.

What is the lead time for Edda beds?
All Plush + Oak beds are made to order in-house within North America, with AAA+ quality North American products. We have two production options.
Standard 6-8 weeks (no additional charge)
Rush order 3-4 weeks (+$217 per bed)
Do you offer any custom colors?
We offer 19 shades of vegan leather to choose from and are proud to offer the most customizable beds on the market to enhance any salon’s aesthetic. If you have a shade in mind that we do not carry stock of, please message us to see options for customizing your beds colors with other material options. Are Plush + Oak beds adjustable?
Plush + Oak is dedicated to providing top quality static salon furniture that relies on impeccable ergonomic design for client and artist comfort. Electric adjustable beds are prone to failure and are often times extremely expensive/unable to repair. We believe in providing products that are stable, long lasting, and well constructed for years of reliable use. For additional client positioning, we do have a number of specialty pillows that can be added to our beds to enhance their adjustability such as: the bolster pillow to provide additional “lift” or hip support as needed or head pillows to adjust client head tilt.
How do I select my leg height?
The leg height of Plush + Oak beds depends on the artist height.
If you are under 5’2” — 2” legs.
If you are 5’3”-5’10” — 4” legs.
If you are over 5’10” — 6” legs.
If you receive your bed and you need to change leg heights please contact us and we are happy to provide complimentary exchanges.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We are proudly partnered with Klarna to provide payment plan options to those who qualify through Klarna’s independent credit review.
Alternatively, please contact us if you need your invoice split into two for paying with two cards etc.
What services can be performed on Plush + Oak beds?
The Edda — artist approved for: lash, brow, PMU, facial, and waxing services. The Charlie — artist approved for: massage, body contouring, lashes, brows, skincare, waxing and more.
Are Plush + Oak beds good for pregnant women?
Yes! Pregnant clients are not advised to lay flat on their backs after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Our bed designs allow hips and belly to sit lower than their heart to ensure proper blood flow to mother and baby, and an antigravity feel with no pressure points for a cloud like experience.
Are Plush + Oak beds good for all client heights?
Yes! Our designs have been tested and approved on clients ranging from 4’11”-6’5” tall and support all body types.
Are Plush + Oak beds easy to get in and out of for elderly/plus-sized clients?
Yes! Often times clients with limited range of motion feel unstable on a traditional massage table and find it hard to get onto the bed. The ergonomic dip in Plush + Oak beds provides a stable “low point” to enter and exit the bed for client ease.
What is the weight limit?
Our beds are weight tested to 550lbs.
How are North American made Plush + Oak beds different than imported beds from Asia?
We are extremely proud to be dedicated to manufacturing in-house and sourcing all materials from top quality Canadian and American companies for all aspects of our beds. It allows us to know the quality of every component, and hand test each bed we produce to ensure consistency and quality. Each Plush + Oak bed is made by hand by our talented upholstery team who only manufacture our product.
Our beds have quality in every layer from the suspension, to the 3 unique foam layers, to the most durable upholstery material. Each bed is framed by hand, webbed and tension tested, hand cut and sewn by our incredible team of 15 seamstresses and upholsters who have made over 3000 beds and counting. We never import or mass produce.
Are your designs patented?
Yes. All Plush + Oak beds are created, patented and produced only by Plush + Oak. We believe in creating unique designs within the salon furniture industry and are driven by quality and innovation. Plush + Oak is the ONLY manufacturer, shipper, and seller of our beds and all purchases of our furniture is done through this website only.
Will my bed fit through my doorway?
Plush + Oak beds fit through all standard doorways. Box dimensions: L: 76” H: 26” W:32” Our beds are 75” long by 25” tall and 32” wide.
Is there assembly needs once my bed arrives?
All Plush + Oak beds arrive fully assembled. The only assembly required is to screw the legs into the bottom of the bed corners with a Robertson screwdriver or drill bit.

Does the shipping fee all inclusive?
Yes. Your freight charge is inclusive of pick up, transit, border fees (if crossing Canada/USA border). There are never any additional fees to pay on delivery. We free shipping on all orders over $6000.
Is my package insured?
Yes. We provide complimentary insurance on all of our shipments on your behalf. This ensures peace of mind that your bed will arrive safely and in perfect condition and in the unlikely event of a shipping damage, a replacement bed is promptly made and shipped to you free of charge.
What is the shipping experience like?
Once your order is completed it will go through one final quality inspection and will be packaged and palettized by the Plush + Oak team and loaded onto a freight truck. You will receive tracking information for your order. Once the freight company has reached your city, they will call you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window (4 hours). Our freight companies do not show up without prior approval of the delivery window from you as they require signature for all goods received.
What is the delivery/set up experience like?
We offer door to door freight shipping which includes curbside delivery to the exterior door of your salon. If you require delivery inside your salon, or leg installation, we offer white glove delivery for an additional charge.
We recommend (opposed to white glove delivery) using a company like taskrabbit if interior delivery and set up is required which is much more cost effective than white glove service. Our beds, although large in size, weigh 120lbs each and are easily carried by two women into salons without special equipment.
Do accessories arrive with my bed order?
Yes. If you order accessories like pillows, or other furniture (stools), they come packed within the bed box and arrive together. To make your purchase the most economical we recommend ordering accessories with beds so they don’t incur individual shipping charges when ordered separately.
Do you offer any volume discounts?
We offer free standard shipping anywhere in North America for orders over $6500. We also offer promotions on bundling accessories and other items with your bed at time of purchase.
What if my bed arrives damaged?
We are extremely proud that we have less than a 0.03% damage rate on deliveries by our trusted freight companies. However, if damage does occur in transit please immediately take a photo of the exterior of the box and damage on the bed so we can submit a claim on your behalf. Email info@plushandoak.com and we will work to remedy the situation whether it be through furniture medic repair, or a replacement bed.
What is your warranty and quality guarantee?
All Plush + Oak beds are warrantied for 12 months from delivery date against any manufacturing defects. We guarantee your satisfaction with our product. Read more about our guarantee HERE.
What is your cancellation/return policy?
All Plush + Oak beds are custom made items, and cannot be returned once shipped to you due to the complicated nature of freight shipping. If you must cancel your order while in production, the refund will depend what stage of production your custom order is in.
