CUSTOM MADE, NOT IMPORTED
Where your furniture is made, by who, and whether it requires sea shipping with a large carbon footprint, matters. While most salon and spa furniture is shipped in from overseas, we knew that we wanted to create an eco-system that could have quality, ethical manufacturing, and low carbon footprint a priority. Manufacturing in North America was the only option.

Why? Because stocking products would require more warehouse space and overhead, which would drive pricing up. We aim to keep things as high quality, and reasonably priced as possible.

CUSTOMIZE AND ORDER
Configure your perfect set up, with material, accessory, and hardware choices and place your order. We then order in all materials specifically for your bed to begin.

FRAMING
Each pieces framing is built, steel reinforced, and tested for strength.

SUSPENSION AND FOAMING
Tensile webbed suspension systems are installed, stress tested and optimized to perfectly balance and distribute client weight for zero pressure points, before foam densities are layered onto the structure.

UPHOLSTERY
Covers are cut and sewn, and our upholstery team pulls everything together. Final pleating, stitching, and piping are completed, and the bed is complete.

FINAL INSPECTION
Before any item leaves our facility, it undergoes a 27-point inspection ensuring every detail looks and functions to the standard we demand.

Your order will now ship to your door! Our trusted freight carriers pick up the order, provide us the tracking details, and arrange a delivery appointment with you.
