SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
All items we offer ship within North America. All pricing is shown in USD.
SHIPPING REGIONS
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship furniture items to Canadian postal codes with the following prefixes: A0P, A0R, G0G, J0M, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0G, Y0B, X0E and Y0A. We are also unable to ship furniture, oversized items or items sent directly from vendors to a PO box.
TAXES AND FEES
An additional charge will appear on your order confirmation noting all applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rates based upon the location to which the order is being shipped. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec and Saskatchewan have 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax) added to all orders.
The following provinces have PST (Provincial Sales Tax) added to all orders: British Columbia (7% PST), Manitoba (8% PST), and Saskatchewan (6% PST). New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island have 15% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Ontario has 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) added to all orders. Quebec has 9.975% QST (Quebec Sales Tax) added to all orders.
American customers may have additional charges upon import into the USA as all items ship from Canada. Plush and Oak is not responsible for additional charges at the border.
FURNITURE DELIVERY FEES
At Plush + Oak, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service, every time. You will be charged delivery fees based on your location. All delivery fees are pulled live at checkout, and customers can choose which timeframe and rates fit their budget best. Freight Delivery is delivered to your curb or exterior door. White glove delivery includes delivery into your location and unboxing service.
PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location. Please see our guidelines for instructions on measuring your salon’s spaces to ensure items will fit at the time of delivery.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
An authorized individual must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
In the event of any flaws or damages noted at the time of delivery, P+O will replace the item or schedule a furniture medic or service technician to repair the issue at no charge to you. Contact us for more information.
Customers are responsible for moving Lash Beds into their salon space unless white glove delivery is chosen. Each bed comes preassembled and only requires the legs to be screwed on.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & FREIGHT FORWARDING
We ship only to the U.S., Canada and APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not ship to the U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. However, international clients can have orders delivered to a freight forwarder of their choice located within the U.S. or Canada if they wish to arrange it personally.
RETURNS + WARRANTY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for special/custom orders, items that have been installed. Other exclusions may apply. Contact us for details. Return shipping fees are the customers responsibility.
Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Plush + Oak reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
