2023 Customer Satisfaction Results are In!
As a growing company, and one who listens intently to customer feedback, we launched the 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey a few weeks ago. Thank you to everyone who participated and was a new customer last year.
Our survey was completed by 417 salon owners.
215 lash services as main service.
107 brow/PMU as main service.
76 had skin/facials as their main service.
19 had "other" as their main service.
+78% of customers did not get swatches prior to ordering
+100% of customers thought their bed colour was either exactly as anticipated or slightly different but still thrilled.
